Check-in bundles that convert

Last Friday 4–8 pm at the desk, I tested a quick check-in script and got 31% of guests to take a $29 “breakfast + late checkout” bundle, and 9% jumped to a premium room when I framed it as convenience and a small add-on. Curious what other front desk folks are pairing — parking, spa, or welcome drinks — and what phrasing is converting best for you?

I get better uptake in the 4–8 pm rush with: “Since you’re getting in tonight, the $29 ‘breakfast + late checkout’ lets you sleep till 1 and skip the morning line — want me to lock that in now?” That keeps me around 30–33% uptake; small caveat, I skip it if their rate already includes breakfast…
