Maximizing visitor management systems

I’ve been exploring different visitor management systems for our front desk and am curious what others find most effective. Right now, we’re using VisitorHQ, but I feel like we’re not utilizing its full potential. Anyone have tips for streamlining the check-in process or managing appointments more accurately?

, I totally get that frustration with VisitorHQ — we’ve been using it too, and I found creating custom check-in flows can really help speed things up. It took a bit to set up initially, but the time saved at peak hours makes a big difference. Have you tried automating appointment reminders?

Have you tried setting up automated notifications for appointments? It can feel a bit like juggling flaming torches, but once you get the hang of it, it really cuts down on confusion. Just be sure to keep your check-in procedures simple to avoid too much back-and-forth.
