I had a hilarious moment today when a client called to confirm their appointment, and right at that moment, their dog started barking, seemingly trying to join the conversation! I couldn’t help but laugh as I told the owner that we accept dog voices as valid responses. It’s the little moments like these that brighten up our day at the front desk. I’ve had a similar experience where a dog was barking away and I jokingly asked if they were also interested in a grooming appointment! It’s funny how our pets can steal the show during work calls. They really do make the day brighter.
