What You’ll Do:
Greet members and patients, manage check-ins/checkout using the clinic POS, answer phone inquiries, schedule appointments, re-engage inactive members, present and sell memberships and visit packages, support clinic flow and cleanliness, and participate in local marketing and community outreach as directed. Expect a mix of front-desk/customer-service duties and sales-focused responsibilities tied to meeting membership goals.
