The other day, a guest rushed to the desk, frantic about losing their keys before a big meeting. As I helped them search, I noticed a random group of guests had gathered in the lobby and started dancing to the music from the restaurant. Talk about multitasking — helping with keys while the lobby turned into a mini concert! It made me wonder if losing keys should come with a dance break option. Ever had a funny mishap like that?
